Overview
As Lead Product Designer at Artlogic, I led a design workstream as part of a wider platform modernisation project, where we built a more consistent, maintainable foundation for the product — addressing existing technical debt and making it easier to design and build new features. These examples show some artifacts from the Design System and resulting product design.
My Contribution
Lead role on the Design stream of a modernisation project
Built the case for investment in a design system, using AI to quanitfy existing technical debt, and secured buy-in from stakeholders.
Created guiding principles and designed the look & feel
Worked alongside a creative developer to define system composition, tokenisation, hosting and implementation detail
Used the system to build real-world features and initiate wider rollout
Connected the system into AI agentic development
